The members of the Board of Directors met on Thursday 25 June 2009 at BIAT premises, they have decided to appoint Mr Ismail MABROUK as Chairman of the Board in replacement of Mr Tahar Sioud who will hold a position as Administrator and Chairman of the Audit Committee within the Board of Directors.

It was the occasion to thank Mr Tahar Sioud and honouring him for the excellent work he provided to the Bank while appointed as chairman.
